Mike Noyes is deeply involved with Camp CaPella: on their Board, on the Fundraising Committee, but it's meeting and mentoring campers that has the most profound impact. He relates to young people with physical limitations, because he experiences this himself. But Mike is unlimited in his ability to teach, and to listen, to help children build their own self-confidence, and to encourage them to try new things.
In addition to Camp CaPella, Mike is involved with Alpha One Youth in Motion and Maine Handicapped Skiing. As spokesperson for the Maine Disability Education Coalition he acts as advocate and consultant regarding handicapped parking. Mike embodies the essence and spirit of community service.
