Bangor, MAINE (NEWS CENTER) The WLBZ 2 2 Those Who Care awards process has drawn to a close for 2011. In addition to the individuals honored for their volunteer work and the non-profit selected chosen as the Agency of Distinction, a number of individuals and agencies were also nominated.
