(NEWS CENTER) -- The legislature's Appropriations Committee heads back to the State House next week to come up with ways to pay for the supplemental budget that was only partially approved by Governor Paul LePage.

This comes at the same time as members from both parties start talking about ideas for floating bonds to pay for major projects around the state.  But is the timing right?

We talk with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling about it all; and we find out what Ethan's been doing in his spare time.
